Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

We recognize that you may change your mind about a purchase made from Day Spa Boutique. In that case, we can provide an exchange or refund on products that are unopened, undamaged, and unused.

Please be advised that we do not provide prepaid return labels for any items you decide to return and/or exchange. Products you wish to return must be in their original condition, including packaging, and must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt from Spa Maven.

WE WILL NOT REFUND OR CREDIT SHIPPING CHARGES 

Day Spa Boutique maintains a strict policy against returns or exchanges on any opened, damaged, unsealed, or used products, with the exception of cases where an allergic reaction has occurred (Please refer to the Allergic Reaction Policy below for further details).

How to Request a Return 

Should you want to return an item, please contact us at hello@dayspaboutique.com within 15 business days from your order date, including the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Name of Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Description and photographs of products for return in their original packaging.

Day Spa Boutique Returns 

To ensure your return reaches us securely and in good condition, we recommend sending your products using a traceable courier service and repacking them in the original packaging whenever possible. It's important to package your items with care to prevent any damage during transit; we can only process returns for products received in their original condition. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for products in packages that do not arrive or are lost in transit. 

Replacement Authorizations

Once we have received your return in its original condition and packaging, we will contact you within 5 business days. Once you have received an email from Day Spa Boutique authorizing your return you will be able to label your package and send it to the following address:

Products Damaged During Delivery

If your package became damaged during the delivery process, you MUST keep the original shipping box/envelope and follow the below instructions for your return:

Contact us via email at hello@dayspaboutique.com within 5 days of receiving your order and in your email include:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Name of Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Description and photograph of the damaged product(s) with the original packaging

Defective Products Policy

Please report any products that arrive defective to Day Spa Boutique within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for any products reported beyond this timeframe.

Send an email to hello@dayspaboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including the following:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Name and batch number of the defective product(s)
  • Description and photograph of the defective product(s) and original packaging (box or envelope

We will respond via email within five (5) business days to validate your replacement request. If authorized, we will promptly send you a replacement. 

You may be required to return the defective product(s). If so, they must be returned within ten (10) days of receiving your replacement order. Day Spa Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated beyond the return deadline. 

Wrong or Incomplete Orders Policy

If you receive a product or item that was not intended for your order or if a product you ordered is missing from your shipment, please follow the steps outlined below:

Contact us at hello@dayspaboutique.com within 5 business days of receiving the shipment with the incorrect or missing items and include the following information in your email

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Name of the incorrect or missing product(s)
  • Photograph of the incorrect product(s) received, if applicable

We will contact you by email within 5 business days following the receipt of your email. Upon validating your request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label to facilitate the return of incorrect product(s), which must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. Once the return has been made on your behalf, Day Spa Boutique will ship you the correct product(s). Day Spa Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated beyond the return deadline or if the products received are not in the same condition as they were once they were received.

Allergic Reactions Policy

Allergic Reactions are rare, and we do suggest you look at all the ingredients listed in our products if you know you have any allergies.

Allergic reactions are almost immediate and begin with redness, heat, and swelling. They are not something that happens over time. 

In this case, we are prepared to refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within 48 hours of using the product suspected to have caused the reaction. Some brands may require a letter from a doctor, and ALL brands require photos of the reaction and product for verification purposes to confirm that the reaction was caused by the product in question.

Please be advised that all instructions, ingredients, and suggestions regarding items on our site are provided by the distributors and/or manufacturers of said products. Should you have concerns and/or questions regarding the safety of ingredients used in the product that you have purchased, please contact your doctor or contact us for further information. 

If you have experienced an allergic reaction to a product purchased from Spa Maven, please follow the instructions outlined below:

  • Detailed description of the allergic reaction 
  • A photograph of the allergic reaction
  • Photograph of the product, including front, back, batch number, and expiration date (if applicable)

It is vital that you provide all the requested information and images outlined above. Without this complete data, we will be unable to process a claim for a refund or replacement. Please note that no exceptions will be made to this policy.

All instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, consult your doctor or contact us for further clarification. 

Guidance for Expecting and Nursing Individuals

If you are pregnant or currently breastfeeding, we strongly recommend seeking advice from your doctor before using any products available for purchase on Day Spa Boutique

Clearance Items Policy 

Please note that all sale or clearance items are considered final sale and thus are not subject to the return and exchange policies outlined above. 

When Day Spa Boutique adds a product for clearance, it may indicate that the products in question didn’t meet our quality standards, are close to expiration, or have packaging defects such as an improperly sealed bottle. Customers should exercise caution when purchasing items on clearance as they assume the risks associated. We do not offer any returns, credit, or refunds for items on clearance. The items are final sale and there are NO exceptions to this policy.
