Through the provision of personalized skincare consults, online tools and resources, esthetics treatments—if you happen to be in one of our two B.C. spa locations—and superior skincare products, we'll happily help you on your journey to improved skin health and vitality.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping times depend on where you live. Purchases will be shipped via Canada Post, Fed Ex, or UPS. Your order will be shipped within 1-7 business days and depending on where you live, it can take 5-10 business days to arrive.
Please allow up to 1 - 3 business days to process and pack your order. We do not package on weekends and only ship on weekdays.
We offer $10 flat rate shipping and FREE shipping on orders of $149 or more. If you live near our Salmon Arm Spa Location, you can choose to place a pick up order for no fee.

Currently, we only ship across Canada. We are hopeful to expand as we grow. Stay tuned!
Due to the carriers we use, we are unable to ship to a PO Box. Shipments with a PO Box in the address will be cancelled.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will reflect once the first scan has been posted by the carrier. Please allow 24 hours for the details to be updated. Should they not show after 24 hours, please contact us for more information.

We do our best to make your order goes out on the same day it was placed. We also make sure express (Canada post, Purolator or FedEx), once the order has left our warehouse, we can't guarantee the delivery time. Rest assure that we will be there to help.
When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status.
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:
Delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day. Spa Maven cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the carrier or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding.

Important : PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD ANY RELEVANT INFORMATION Such as a buzzer, Special door, Special needs, if your delivery address has a South, North, West, East. If this information is incorrect or missing, we cannot assure you that your order will be delivered to you properly.
Important… it is IMPOSSIBLE to change your address once the order has left our warehouse.
Day Spa Boutique cannot refund OR re-ship orders that have address errors, a lack of relevant information, or a last-minute change. Note: If you realize an error or want to make a change after your order has been shipped, we advise you to contact the carrier's customer service department and see with them if it is possible to change the delivery address.
No! Note that the refund does not include the delivery charges of original shipping to you, or return postage costs unless we've made an error or the item is damaged or defective.
We pride ourselves on a quick fulfillment time. As such, we are not able to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped.

Shipping is subject to product availability. In exceptional cases, where inventory for select items is no longer available, that item may be removed from your order, and all other items will be shipped. Refer to your shipment confirmation email to review all items sent and the amount charged to your card.
Depending on your items' size and fulfillment location, you may receive your order in multiple packages. Some products offered may be temporarily out of stock. In such a case, a customer service agent will contact you by email to inform you of any shipping delays. If your order contains a combination of available products and out-of-stock products, you should expect multiple shipments.

We've carefully curated a selection of product lines that we love.
To see all of the product lines we currently sell, hover over shop on the navigation menu at the top of the screen and look under Brands to shop by product line.
Because Biologique Recherche is a highly specialized brand, we recommend reserving a custom consult if you don't live near one of our spas or a Biologique Recherche facial if you live close to one of our spa locations prior to purchase.
If you've already had a consult elsewhere or have had a Skin Instant assessment or Biologique Recherche Facial, or are repurchasing a favourite you can create an account to view the prices.
Discontinued Item: If you are unable to find a product that you have previously seen or purchased through Day Spa Boutique, it is possible that this item has recently been discontinued. Please feel free to contact us in order to have more information about possible replacement products.
Replacement Products: Should a product have a different packaging and/or a different name than one that you have previously purchased on Spa Maven, it is likely because it has been discontinued and repackaged into a new product. In this case you may contact us to request more information about the possible changes that have been made to this item.
Out of Stock Products: In the event where a product reflects as “out of stock”, you may contact us to request to be contacted once this item becomes available to order.
While we've carefully selected the product lines we sell online and tested them to make sure they meet our high standards, we are always wanting to hear what YOU want.

We provide samples with every order. These samples are hand selected by our team and are not able to be selected by the customer. If you have any questions about the samples that you received in your order, email us at hello@dayspaboutique.com with the name of the samples you received and we can provide the answers your questions.
Payments & Credit Cards
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. Should an error message be received upon second attempt after validating the information you've entered, email us at hello@dayspaboutique.com or contact your financial institution for further assistance.

Day Spa Boutique is an authorized online retailer for all of the brands offered through our website. We provide retail products to the individual customer and unfortunately do not offer professional prices. If you are a business or a spa professional, we encourage you to contact the official brand supplier for all other inquiries.
Currently, all products and payments on Spa Maven are in CAD.
